The place is a disaster, though it’s not the worst. It would be great if they answered the phone, but the woman at the front desk is so rude it’s beyond words. If I were the owners, I’d really look into this.How am I supposed to cancel a reservation while driving if there’s no phone contact and I know I won’t make it to the class? I don’t know—I just know that it’s probably the ladies’ job to answer the phone. Then I was told the cancellation window had passed and I had to pay 35 PLN. If they’d answered the phone, I would’ve canceled. What a disaster.If it weren’t for the fact that you have to sign up for classes two days in advance, there wouldn’t be these problems 😒 I hope something changes in this regard too. All it would take is good will, especially since I’ve used your services often.

A cool, interesting facility I definitely recommend it—I wish there were more places like this. However, due to an incomprehensible business policy, popular classes (like fly yoga) aren’t given more slots in the schedule, while others with fewer participants are blocking out prime time slots.
