Excellent
As far as I'm concerned, it's a great place!!

Poor
After a two-month renovation, the gym looks exactly the same, except that there are fewer weights and the vending machine for drinks and snacks has been removed. I don't recommend it.

Poor
Unfortunately, at these courts, you may encounter unequal treatment of customers. I made a reservation the day before the match for Court No. 3 (clay court); an hour before the match, I called to make sure everything was as reserved, but it turned out I had been moved to Court No. 1 (artificial court, carpet dusted with clay). I was told that courts 3 and 4 (i.e., the clay courts) “aren’t in use” (to quote their common phrase). Upon arriving at the facility and paying the fee before the match, it turned out that someone was playing on Court No. 3, from which we had been moved—meaning the explanation that the courts were unplayable turned out to be a lie. I wanted to clarify the situation, but the gatekeeper was unable to provide a reasonable explanation; we were not apologized to for this situation, nor were we given access to the court we had reserved. For me, the surface I play on matters greatly, especially since others were able to play. In other words, I experienced consumer discrimination. On top of that, every drop of rain is used at this facility as an excuse to keep people off the clay court, as if it were just for show. I’m not talking about the moment it’s actually raining, but many hours after the rain has stopped, when it’s even possible to play on another clay court in the same neighborhood. I get the impression that they simply don’t want to maintain these courts and would prefer if no one played on them. Another issue is that one of the courts is supposedly bookable only on a specific day; I’ve called at 8:00 a.m. on several occasions, only to find that the convenient time slots were already taken. The location is pleasant, and the facility itself has potential—if only they treated customers fairly.

Good
Unfortunately, I couldn't rent any poles. There were no printed forms available. To rent poles, you need a resident ID card and to fill out a contract. The man at the front desk acted as if he didn't know how to fill out the contract.

Very good
I highly recommend it, but I get the impression that the reception staff are working there as a form of punishment. I politely asked an older gentleman where the restroom was and if I could use it, but he completely ignored me and didn’t answer. I asked again, and it was the same story, so I found the restroom on my own.
