Carpet courts shouldn't be allowed for use because it's easy to get injured there; the facility is in terrible condition, and there's trash and weeds all over the place. It looks like nobody cares about the surroundings there; the courts are cheap, but personally, I’d rather pay a little extra to play under better conditions.

What a disaster. No communication at all from the staff. A lot has been written about the courts; there's no point in repeating it.

I definitely do not recommend it. We had a reservation, but when we arrived, we waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes, even though our game time had already started. There was no staff member on site, and the reception phone was lying on the desk, so there was no way to even contact the staff. In any case, we tried calling repeatedly, but no one even called us back after a while. We also didn’t receive any apology or explanation. As a result, we wasted our time and couldn’t use the court we had reserved. A very disappointing approach to customer service.
