The service wasn't what it should have been—rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I was very disappointed during my visit; the reception staff are a prime example of how not to work with and care for customers. I strongly advise against this place.

I highly recommend it. My go-to spot for playing ping-pong. It’s better than any place I’ve played at so far—the ping-pong room is separate, so you don’t have to constantly chase after the ball. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, the locker rooms are spacious (a plus—you don’t need your own padlock), and there are showers and a sauna available. When I had a problem with my reservation, I asked the reception manager for help, and she helped me resolve it and was very friendly. The club organizes interesting events, focuses on integrating new players into the community, and has an intuitive reservation system. I’m happy to come back here every Monday :)
